About Me

Originally from beautiful San Marcos, Texas, I grew up on several acres of land in the Texas hill country. I spent much of my childhood playing outside or in the crystal clear San Marcos River. The environment I grew up in played a key role in the fascination I have for the world around me.

I am a person who stutters with a socially extroverted personality. After years of speech therapy, I have accepted my speech and I often go weeks without thinking about what I once considered a serious disability. I truly value the time in speech therapy that encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and find myself.

Jesus Christ is my savior and I believe my vocation in this life is marriage and raising a family. My engineering career is a way to pursue something I love while providing for myself, my family, and my community.

I can contribute to any team by learning quickly and taking initiative. I have a wide variety of mechanical and systematic problem-solving experiences. When operating in areas outside of my expertise, I am confident in my ability to seek out the resources necessary to accomplish my tasks.
